Issues, concerns, ideas, suggestions, letters to the editor,
and general talk about the Island is encouraged and welcome.
We will also use the forum
to post late breaking news or events that just miss the current
issue of the Beacon and need to be posted before the
next monthly issue comes out.

often inquire about getting around on the Island — we highly
recommend getting a copy of the NEW
Beaver Island Map from the Chamber of Commerce which includes
29 years of updates and information on both private roads and
public and private trails (of course we helped draw it all spring,
so we may be biased, but still...)
