Observations via Powers Hardware Webcam-

At the same time the big dude in the green shirt "landed" his fish on/near that truck it looked like the BI Pirate liberated a cask of rum from the back of the dark SUV with the Happy St. Patricks Day banner on the side. Brilliant subterfuge and strategery BI Pirate. Brilliant!

I was able to watch all the activity from Whiskey Island while enjoying a combination of beverages.
