Beaveropoly boardgame

I once saw what appeared to be a handmade/homemade board game "Beaveropoly" with island landmarks and businesses. Does anyone know if this was a one of a kind or were these sold at some point in the past? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think invented and sold by Mary Scholl, at the Beaver Island Toy Museum.

My Uncle, Chuck Dunlevy, gave this to my son (who collects Monopoly games). It's from the Toy Museum and was bought long ago.
