Merriam Fisheries Fresh batch

We just smoked up a fresh batch of Whitefish and Trout last night and mixed up a new batch of our smoked whitefish spread this morning. We also have plenty of fresh Trout Fillets, some whitefish fillets, and, of coarse, our Pickled Whitefish.

EDIT: our apologies to the trout lovers, we are now out of trout fillets. we should have more Friday afternoon.
