workshop on invasive species
What: A two day workshop dedicated to Beaver
Archipelago and its current invasive species and potential new invaders
When: Tuesday June 28th Starting at 9:50 am
Wednesday June 29th Starting at 9:00 am
Day 1: Presentations by TNC staff, Islanders, MNFI staff, CAKE staff, LTC Staff, DNR, MDARD, and a Round Table Discussion
Day 2: Presentations on Invasive Species ID
Herbicide management of Invasives
Non-Herbicide management of Invasives
In the field training on these techniques
What to bring: Smartphone/tablet (if available) hiking boots for day two

Yes, individuals can attend the workshop for the day, two days, or at specific times. An outstanding opportunity to ask invasive species questions from experts in county and state agencies!
