With a few brief interruptions our hardy little community radio station has been streaming on the internet at http://www.wvbi.net 24x7 since we signed on last June. Live365, the firm we use to multicast our stream, has informed us that they will take all of their servers (including ours) down for maintenance this evening, Saturday, May 9 at 11:00 pm EDT (0300 GMT) for about four (4) hours. We should return to the internet air about 3:00 am EDT (0700 GMT) on Sunday morning. At that time, you may need to restart the WVBI stream to resume listening.
We apologize for the interruption, but we'll only be gone for four hours or so and--soon--you'll be able to hear us at 100.1 FM on radios all over Beaver Island.
