Bob Tidmore did post it on the forum and this is what he had said:
The apparent winner is Bill Welke with a time of 3:46 PM, just 4-minutes off the actual time of 3:40 PM. The other close entryâ??s are shown below. Bill will split the purse of $865 with the Community Center.
