Jacqueline Ann Howard, 82, of Charlevoix and formerly of Beaver Island and Gratton, Mich., died April 9, 2014, at Charlevoix Area Hospital.
A graveside service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery on Beaver Island in the spring.
Arrangements are being handled by Winchester Funeral Home in Charlevoix.

Jacqueline Ann Howard, 82, of Charlevoix, formerly of Beaver Island, and Grattan, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Charlevoix Area Hospital.
She was born September 13, 1931, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Russell and Gertrude (Barry) VerDuin. She married Martin L. â??Lewâ? Howard on August 29, 1953, in Parnell. They made their home in Grattan and owned and operated Greenville Farm and Garden. They moved to Beaver Island in 1991, where they had vacationed since the late 1950's. Lew died on December 22, 1997, and Jacqueline moved to Charlevoix in 2007.
She is survived by her children, Susan Howard of Charlevoix, Patricia A. (Bruce) Cull of Beaver Island, Robert Howard of Charlevoix; grandsons, Patrick and Matthew Cull, and Bobby Wilson. A graveside service is planned for the spring at Holy Cross Cemetery on Beaver Island.
