Baroque on Beaver
A festival of classical music on Beaver Island -- provides a
venue and an opportunity for musicians and those who appreciate quality classical music, in an otherwise isolated, under served location, 32 miles from Michigan's mainland. In addition to enhancing the cultural opportunities for year-around and seasonal residents, Baroque on Beaver provides enrichment and support for the musical instruction of Beaver Island Community School students, and promises a positive economic impact on the Island as guests and tourists travel to participate.

Beaver Island Music Festival
The purpose of the Beaver Island Music Festival is to promote the variety and tradition of all music and art. We want to create opportunities for all artists, be an educational resource, and strongly encourage community and family involvement in an outdoor environment combining nature, renewable energies, music, and artwork.

We as the second generation of The Beaver Island Club of Grand Rapids are striving to continue the tradition of our Sages. It is our goal to promote a very stimulating, joyous gathering, one filled with much laughter, dancing, and reminiscing. We are also working toward supporting Beaver Island in many ways, including the Glen McDonough Memorial Music Scholarship.
