What’s Changed?
Since the photo was taken in 1999, the Island landscape has added some features: the St. James septic mound, the Gull Harbor Nature Trail, the power plant, the roads in the Karnes subdivision, the BIBCO new parking lot, and several buildings, including Eager Beaver, BITA, and over a dozen homes.
